Basically I have a blog where I both sell resources and give out free brushes, patterns, fonts etc. For the free stuff all I ask is that they link back to me and if they use any of my resources in commercial work they make sure the person they're designing for knows the resources are from me and knows to credit me. Of course people break these terms and then tell me I'm rude when I send what I'd call a polite email asking them to re-read the terms.
That's not mentioning the people selling my work on places like CafePress and Zazzle, the people who crudely PhotoShop the watermarks off my paid resources to get them for free and the people who package up all my brushes and sell them. Sometimes I think about shutting down my blog but then I remember I currently get all my business via it and it will be good for my reputation in the long run so I persevere *sigh*

I feel so sorry for you that all your work has been used without them crediting you. I wouldn't like my art to be used by somebody else for their gain only and not mine as well. It takes me quite a bit of effort to draw my art. Anyway sorry to hear that they have done that and hope all things go well. I like your work by the way
And yes my Name's Owen and I go to the same college as him and also went to the same high school as well. He's a good friend
